Welcome to CREDIT BOOST GROUP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.creditboostgroup.com and our credit repair services.

By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

CREDIT BOOST GROUP offers credit repair and financial education services designed to help clients identify and address inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information on their credit reports.

We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes vary depending on individual credit histories and credit bureau responses.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a U.S. resident
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete personal information

3. Fees & Payments

• Initial Setup Fee: $299 (one-time, non-refundable)
• Monthly Service Fee: $99 (billed every 30 days after initial setup)

Payments are due on the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Refund Policy

In compliance with federal and state laws, you are entitled to cancel services within 3 business days of enrollment for a full refund.

Refunds beyond this period may be granted only if:

• CREDIT BOOST GROUP fails to provide agreed-upon services, or
• Required by applicable law.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Credit repair is a process that depends on the cooperation of credit bureaus, creditors, and other third parties. While we strive to improve your credit profile, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as:

• A particular credit score increase
• Removal of all negative items
• Approval for credit, loans, or financing

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Keep your contact and billing information up to date
• Review all communications from us promptly
• Not misuse our website or services for unlawful purposes

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use our services for fraudulent or illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
• Copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CREDIT BOOST GROUP shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses caused by reliance on third-party credit bureaus, creditors, or other entities
• Events beyond our reasonable control

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CREDIT BOOST GROUP, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to make payments
• Provide false information
• Misuse our services or violate these Terms

11. Compliance With Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

CREDIT BOOST GROUP complies with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and all applicable state laws.

• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report.
• You may cancel your contract with us without penalty within 3 business days of signing.
• We cannot charge for services until they have been performed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
