At CREDIT BOOST GROUP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing professional and transparent credit repair services. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights regarding refunds and cancellations of services.

1. Right to Cancel Within 3 Business Days

In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you may cancel your agreement with CREDIT BOOST GROUP at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing your Service Agreement.

If you cancel within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

2. Refunds After 3 Business Days

After the initial 3-business-day cancellation period:

• Fees for services already performed are non-refundable.
• Monthly service fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable once work has been initiated for that cycle.
• Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if CREDIT BOOST GROUP fails to deliver agreed-upon services.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable once the 3-day cancellation period has passed:

• Initial Setup/Enrollment Fee ($99)
• Any fees for services already performed, including credit audits, disputes, or consultations

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your services, you must submit a written notice by:

Your request must include your full name, contact information, and the reason for cancellation/refund.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

6. Disputed Charges

If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us immediately at support@creditboostgroup.com. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Please note that credit repair results vary depending on your individual credit history, creditor responses, and bureau investigations. Therefore, refunds cannot be granted solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with results, unless required by law.
